How long does returns processing take?
Standard batches: inspection results within 24 hours, back to FBA same week. Express batches available for priority processing.
How is grading done?
Grade A (like-new) → relabel & reshelve. Grade B (minor defects) → reported for your decision. Grade C (damaged) → dispose as instructed. All items photo-documented.
Who pays return shipping?
Inbound shipping (FBA removal to our warehouse) is covered by the seller. Outbound shipping post-processing is charged at cost.
How do I send returns to you?
Create an FBA removal order in Seller Central and use our warehouse address. Items enter our processing line automatically upon arrival.
Can you handle battery or hazmat items?
Some built-in battery products can be processed through compliant channels with prior approval. Liquids and powders are not accepted at this time.
